Two girls claim that they were kicked off of a Southwest Airlines flight because they were more attractive than anyone else on the plane.
Once you see the pictures and watch the video, you’ll see just how risible that claim is. Perhaps there’s a different definition of “pretty” I’m missing here.
Unless you mean “pretty stupid.”
They’re pretty, in that picture, at least. But I think their argument is age discrimination, not “attractiveness” discrimination. They said that the “older” flight attendants discriminated against them. They said this had something to do with being “younger.”
“[The flight attendants] were like older ladies. We were younger. Who knows, they could have been just jealous of us because we were younger.”
I think they should take this all the way to the Supreme Court. This would be a landmark age discrimination case.
